Sheila Daley is a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Sheila trained and practiced at Mayo Clinic for nine years prior to establishing Transitions with Bonnie Barlow and Debra Moran. Areas of specialty include: marital/couples counseling, individual and family therapy, mediation, stress management, weight management, anxiety, life adjustments, relationship and blended family issues. Prior to her tenure at Mayo, Sheila worked as a paralegal. Her experience and training in both the legal and emotional aspects of divorce and parenting matters are assets. Degrees earned include a Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services and Post-Masters Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Sheila is a qualified neutral mediator under Rule 114, parenting time expeditor, a Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, and a Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy approved supervisor.
Bonnie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Bonnie trained at the Mayo Clinic and practiced with an established group practice in the Rochester for four and a half years. Prior to establishing Transitions with Debra Moran and Sheila Daley, Bonnie was part owner of a family business for 18 years. She obtained a Master's Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services and Post Masters Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary's University. This education and experience has prepared her to accommodate the many different aspects of therapy. Areas of specialty include: individual therapy, family therapy, marital counseling, relationship and blended family issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, stress, weight management and mediation. Whether as a therapist, a divorce coach, a child specialist, or a parenting time expidator, her experience and training to assess, diagnose and treat individuals, couples, and families adjusting to changing life circumstances are assets that help serve the needs of Southeast Minnesota. Bonnie is a qualified neutral mediator under Rule 114, Custody Evaluator, and Parenting Time Expeditor. She has also been a Psychology instructor at St. Mary’s University.
Debra is a Licensed Psychologist and psychometrist, specializing in psychological testing and evaluation. She has 18+ years of experience administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological testing materials, including intellectual, memory, achievement, personality, ADHD, and behavior assessment. Her areas of therapy interest include childhood disorders, parenting issues, mood disorders, and self-esteem. Debra's clientele includes individuals (of all ages), and families. She completed her Master of Arts degree in Counseling and Psychological Services at St. Mary's University of Minnesota. Prior to joining Transitions, Debra practiced with an established group practice in the Rochester area for 11 + years. She has experience completing disability examinations, including psychological testing, for the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. In the past, she served as a Mental Health Consultant responsible for identifying and assessing children for behavioral and mental health issues for a local Head Start program. She also has experience facilitating and co-facilitating groups. Debra's experience and training in both psychological testing and therapy provide a comprehensive approach to many of life's challenges and fulfills a needed service in Southeast Minnesota.
Megan Radosevich is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Megan is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy and a member of the American Counseling Association. Megan trained at Transitions while attending Graduate School; and at Fernbrook Family Center for the past two and one half years, providing both in-home and outpatient therapy. Areas of specialty include: individual and family therapy, anger management, trauma and stress related concerns, depression and anxiety, self esteem, attachment concerns, parenting issues, life adjustments, occupational or organizational difficulties, and relationship and blended family issues. Megan earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. Her experience and training to assess, diagnose and treat individuals of all ages, couples, and families adjusting to changing life circumstances are assets that help service the needs of a varying population in Southeast Minnesota.
